Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label for such cases and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 10% may apply to certain returns.

Cancelled Orders

Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
